With your permission, Email Relief connects to your email account to help you find and remove unwanted messages. We request the minimum access needed to move mail to Trash on your behalf (and, only if you enable it, to permanently delete).
We do not read, copy, or store the content of your emails. We store your account email, your cleanup rules, an audit log of actions you take (sender names and counts only), and an encrypted authorization token so you stay connected. We never sell your data.
Email Relief's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Gmail access solely to provide the inbox-cleanup features you request.
You can disconnect your mailbox and delete your account at any time, which removes your stored tokens, rules, and history.
